Building Leadership for Non-Managers and Team Leaders

For an organization to reach its maximum potential, its employees must first reach their own full potential. Imagine how strong your company could be if each employee had the confidence and skills to achieve targets without additional assistance.  Companies often have difficulty achieving great results when employees lack initiative and aren’t as effective as the company desires. The Self-Leadership workshop ensures your employees develop the self-starting mindset they require in order to have success in your organization. When your employees have the right skillset, and self-leadership mindset, they become true leaders and thus contribute to a brighter future at your company.

High Performance Coaching

Great leaders help their staff see and develop their potential through coaching. Learning to be a great coach is a journey.

A great coach allows their team to be able to reflect, plan, and act on improving themselves and those around them. Coaching is a major part of being a manager, and this part of their role is often a big challenge.

Managers must keep up with performance and professionalism standards, be certain people are following policies and procedures, and reach individual and team targets. Great managers know that coaching and empowering their teams is the only way to achieve long-term growth and objectives. They have to find ways to use different coaching techniques and approaches, depending on the situation and the people they coach.

This Workshop will Help your Employees to:

1

Use coaching techniques to bring out the best in their team
