As the economies in Southeast Asia develop along with the changing millennial workforce, business cultures, and diverse employee groups, having leaders that can promote positive change is the key to the long-term sustainability of today's organizations. Each year organizations across the region take on new projects to inspire their current and future leadership teams. As technology also improves so to can the way we personalize the learning journey on new leaders. Training companies must develop their approach in order to always be at the forefront of the way employees learn in order to adapt to their busy schedules, remote working environments, and personalized goals for career development.

In August 2019, MDT Training was selected as part of the Top 10 Leadership Development Training companies for the Asia Pacific region. Our Blended approach using online training, 1-on-1 coaching, and trainer-led workshops have changed the way our clients engage their employees to develop themselves into the leaders of tomorrow.
